gotcha. i got chromed rotors going on my bike,

anyone got a web site were i can pick up some lyndalls for my rocker?

Polished American Wire Wheel Rotors with Lyndall Z pads front and rear.

I polished my own using a vibrator type sander. Started with 300 grit and moved up a 100 after a minute and a half of polishing. By the time you get to 1200 to 1500 the rotor will start to shine. At 2000 grit it'll look like chrome. Doing both sides of a rotor takes about 45 minutes out of your life not including the beer breaks.

I agree its really hard to do on clean dry pavement, but its not impossible with all the crap that drips off cars and trucks.
On the other hand its rediculously easy to do on ice (how I crashed an old Honda) or wet tar patches/strips (almost crashed my Custom) used to fill cracks in asphault.
