Default Hardbag mounting kit for Touring bike hard bags

Anyone know that company that sells that hardbag mounting kit for softails so you can use HD Touring bike hard bags on a softail? You know, the bags that come on say Street Glides? I forgot the link....

I can't remember the name, but Drag offers them in the $400.00 dollar range.

Cycle Visions or Bad Dad both offer kits. I known there are more, but trust both of these.

I just bought a set for $169.99 at www.mutazu.com they even have the bags too for $279.00 and the complete hardware kit is $199.99. That's the set up I'm going for. I hope this helps.

I'm stuck in the hard bag loop myself. Sumax has them for $400. Cycle Visions has them for $300. Bad Bad has them for $275 and Mutazu has them for $170 shipped on ebay. Let us know what you do and which brand you pick. Lots of people are looking for reviews on the various brands.

Do any of you know how far below the axle the bags go? Must companies say the pipes need to below the axle. I am putting the bags onto a 2013 Fatboy Lo with Vance & Hines staggered and didnt want to buy new pipes. They current pipes set just below the axle, not by much.
