I had the same issue just recently with my 09 Fattie. Took it in, tech took it for a test spin and agreed, he took it to the back, 30 minutes later he came out and said the front end was loose and he "retorqued to specs". Need a few more days to see for sure. I put slammers on it and thought that might be the problem, apparently not.
