I would vote for the power commander. Everyone says ''this is all I'm doing'' rarely works that way. Pay for a tuner once and this way should you decide to change something down the road, you have a much more tunable devise.

Used a Fuel Pak on my 09 Deluxe, runs like a champ. No popping at all, unlike my buddie's 08 Train with a PC. just my $.02.
