Sucks that you are stuck with a really nice bike that isn't mechanically sound.

Move to Kansas and ride with the cross wind, it will wear the other side of the tire. That drove me crazy for 3 years when I had a sportbike there

yep, and Im one of those complaints!. found out that the one of the lower sliders is the same for 07 08 and 09. The other side IS a different part number from 08 and 07.

Going to make another call today to check that swing arm number; perhaps there are spacers used back there.
