Default Stage 1 upgrade?

I have a 2003 standard bought in november never rode (except from the guys garage to my enclosed trailer then trailer to my garage) he already upgraded pipes to screamin eagle double barrel removed baffles and a kuryakyn air cleaner, its 14 degrees with a foot of snow so when i am not riding my sled I am dreaming of riding my bike and thinking of things I can do to it, so today i purchased a Power Commander III USB premapped until I can get it on a dyno, my question is what else do I have to do to complete a stage 1 upgrade?

should be all that is needed other than the dyno tune, not to be confused with dyno run.
maybe some heated clothing.

Since you have time on your hands, you might want to disconnect the exhaust and put a torque/power cone in each pipe at the head end. You probably should also get 2 new exhaust gaskets.
I ran Samson II, Rip Saws, with power cones. The Rip saws are suppose to be run without baffles, so they are 1-3/4 OD. If you have bigger diameter pipes then those you will probably want to add some type baffle, for decent performance.

well given your weather predicament and time you have available, I would suggest that you install an inground heating system on the roads around your house that you like to ride, thus making sure there will be no snow or ice on the roads in the winter so that you will be able to ride all year round.

Well I took your advice as I am very bored, I really like the way the screamin eagle double barrel looks on my bike and I found a takeoff on craigslist and they are on their way complete with baffles, I called cycle solutions and explained and they are now premapping my PC III USB with baffles until I can get it dyno tuned. Thanks guys this place is great!
