Help.... Putting a 180 back tire on a 01 deuce

has anyone ever done it? i just bought a 18inch rim and a 180 back tire just wondering what i was going to run into?? it has a 17icnh on the rear now {stock} with a 160 back tires{stock} anyone??

PLEASE HELP TELL ME IN DETAIL SIZES OF SHIMS ECT.... THANKS..
