Yeah, those screenshots from Garmin's "mistake" on their websites were over Christmas, so it's been leaked for a while now....most expected the announcement to come at CES this weekend.

I paid about $359 for a Garmin C580 last year. I's not a motorcycle specific unit as it is not waterproof. It works great and I bought it specifically because it has a built in MP3 player so I have navigation and tunes. I keep plastic ziplock bags in the saddlebags in case I'm caught in rain and It has been fine for 6,000 miles so far. I did put it in the saddlebags once inside a bag when caught in the proverbial cloudburst last year. In short, I wouldn't spend that much.
