I have a Lepera Bare Bones on My Dyna. They are truly bare bones. I think they look cool. I have gel, but still not the plushest. If you want a stylin' bike...LePera.

Yeah I actually would like to get a quick release setup because I really don't like the bags except they're too darn convenient on longer rides. But that's another subject. I saw a company somewhere that makes tourbike style bags for softails... so they do exist.. I just don't remember where.

I have the LePera Monterey Plush solo seat and I am quite happy with it. I got the one with the gel, and that makes a huge difference. The seat initially had a little too much back to it, so this past winter I pulled it off, drilled out the rivets, peeled back the cover, removed some of the foam from the back, then refastened the cover with some sheet metal screws and washers. Worked great.
I can ride for hours without my butt bothering me, and that is about as good as it gets.
This seat moved me down a little and forward a little, and that is exactly what I wanted. Here's a photo:
