i would go with the wheels man before the bars if you can afford it, like i always say, nothing makes a bike stand out like some custom wheels. I think powdercoating your wheels to match that color red on your bike will look awesome.

i think i am leaning toward doing the wheels next...sometime in the next couple of weeks
