I got some of those a few weeks back. No heat shields. I just got everything to wrap them black in the mail today. I am going to wrap them about halfway with black wrap. I threw some small baffles in them and will be adding torque cones tomorrow as well. We'll see how it turns out one of these days. I love the big growls upswept look.
