Default Rocker C Heartland conversion fender...

.... my rear fender has been out at painters for a week now and couldn't wait to get some feed back on what you all think about my design... I roughly drew this on my bike but I think you can get the idea on what I was going for ...

Has anyone fabricated their own rear fender and mounting than using either the Ez Rocker conversion or the russ wernimont setup? How hard was it and the set up?
