What does this mean? I bought the bike and the seller gave me this info?
What changed from stock? meaning horse power? sound? any ideas what this means?

Here is a link that will explain the different stages to modification. Most likely he swapped the cam, exhaust and air filter. I've done the stage two but I swapped the carb and filter along with the cam and exhaust.

The shop that performed the work should be able to give you a complete run down of everything that was done to the bike.
