I used a 1/2" spacer. Has worked great.

 

On my 09' i have a 1/2" installed. I have DNA wheels + pulley.

 

anyone know what spacer ill need for a 2006 night train?

200 mm rear tire. 3/4"axle

 

for the 06 train you need a 1/2" pulley spacer and a 1/2" axle spacer

 

Anybody know what pulley spacer I need for a 2005 Deuce with 18 x 5.5 wheel and 180 tire? Is there a best or easiest way to measure for the correct pully spacer? Also, what is the closest I can run the belt to the sidewall of the tire? I'm going from the stock 160 tire to a 180, is it ok to to run the same spacer on both combos or should I add an extra 1/8th" to what I already might need for pully spacing to compensate for the 180 tire. I see Vulcan sells a 1/8th spacer for a 180 Deuce conversion. My concern is I get the pully to far out and then I can't get the rotor to line up correctly. If anyone has installed DNA wheels on a Deuce, what axle spacers did you use for both wheels? I know lots of questions, but I'm stuck right now. Thanks for any help.
