Just went back to read what it said and it seems to me that they should work with your bike. The way it reads is that it wont work if you have engine guards on a Heritage Springer.
Edit: Just looked a little more thoroughly and found that the FLSTS (should also be Cross Bones) is listed under the fitment for the CV302 extensions for 2000 and up.
