2007 Fatboy
Just wanted to share this because we were so please with it. It’s my dads bike that he’s had since new only had 5500 miles when we rebuilt it this year.
bike has TMan 107 pro touring kit with 625 cam, HPi 55 throttle body, stock injectors, fueling oe+ cam plate and pump, auto compression releases, Arlen ness velocity 65 air cleaner, and stock head pipe with RC slip ons. We had a blast putting it all together

I’d like to ask some questions and get some honest answers so that some perspective is gained. While I believe and know Dyno numbers are great resources and very helpful in reaching your goals… how accurate is the tuning compared to real world when your trying to achieve mph? I take dyno tuning with a grain of salt. What a dyno says is the correct tuning (fuel mix timing..) doesn’t always prove true at the track.. at least that’s my experience. How about you guys? How much final tuning do you do when rubbers on the ground compared to what the paper says?

Once I was done tuning on the dyno, I set the AutoTune to keep the bike where I tuned it for. Anytime it was on boost, it was set to hit 11.7:1. After riding it 500 miles, the max adjustment was 3% in the trim tables, so it seems tune developed on the dyno was pretty much spot on.

Tc88, Sidewinder 4 Zylinder , 89ccm heads , 585 Cam
Hello, I'm from Germany and I'm doing the 3rd conversion. tc88 from 2006, new big bire cylinder from s+s 100 cubic inches, new s+s 89cc CNC ported cylinder head, camshafts 585 s+s, plus the Super G carburettor from 93 cubic inches from s+s. here in Berlin carburetors are not often installed anymore only EFI tuning. what do you think my setup will work? are there alternatives for the camshafts? Greeting Karsten
