New dyno numbers with the SE 117 Kit and Woods Cams. It's down on power in my opinion. I was expecting a little more power and torque but, it pulls hard as ****! I also re-geared it and now need a new seat because it's literally pulling me off the back of the bike if I stay in it. Two dyno sheets; new numbers with the 117 and old numbers with the 110 with added compression and SE 459 cams.

Is that one of the V&H Pipes? If so, which pipe is it?

Curious as to what pipe your running... That's probably the biggest dip I've seen. Usually by 3000 rpm it recovers but 3500rpm??? Dropping to 96 lbs would raise a concern to me.....

I'm using the V&H Propipe. I have tried a different pipe (V&H Competition Series) since then and the dip went away but I lost 10 ft lbs of torque and 8 horsepower everywhere but in the original dip area. I have no ideal why the dip is there, and it's been there with every dyno tune except with the competition series pipe. Any idea why it's dipping so?

You're looking at the old dyno sheet with the 110. Unfortunately, it still dips really bad with the 117 but, not as much nor as long. At 3500 it has recovered quite a bit.

Looking for DYNO sheets or numbers on different builds to help make a decision when choosing pipes and cams. might find one like Ur thinking in here.
Touring area also has a DYNO thread ( ITS FOR BAGGERS )!

(INCLUDE) --- YR; MOTOR; CAMS; PIPES; DYNO numbers-before and after?; (STATE if DYNO was SAE or STD), other info.

Thumbnails of my dynos,-- with Andrews 26H's (80HP/92TQ)--- base run on 96''er average 58HP and 75# TQ. Sheet below With Stg-1 installed, But before Dyno tuned which I got 63hp/78.8Tq---(Both are SAE corrected) So just the Rush pipes got 5 more HP and 3# of TQ.

Cams and Stg-1 added 22 HP and 17# of tq over stock motor. 58hp/75tq VS 80hp/92tq....

update on the andrews 26H cams in post # 88 in this thread..........
