Just so you guys know....the part number for the rubber grommets has been changed. Most of us "C" owners know that the constant flip up/flip down of the seat causes those flimsy grommets to rip and eventually they have a hard time staying in the pan. The new ones are hard rubber, and tall. They capture the peg on the seat properly and are very durable. A pair of them will run you about $10 at the stealer. Might want to pick up a set while you're there.

Ya those torx bolts were a real pain,I beleive they are loc-tite at factory. Once that is done very simple and outstanding mod for the Rocker C. As others have said, puts you "in" the bike instead of feeling like your riding on top of it.
