Not sure if this helps or not... I put a set of same year Heritage bars on my '06 Fatboy. I had talked to the HD dealer parts Guru and there were a number of Softail bars that were all listed as OEM for the Fatboy - the cables did not have to be replaced. Had an indy replace the bars for $50 (including adjusting the clutch and brakes). New bars set me back on the seat and more straight up (less clamshell).

Cheapest I can find em online is $135.72 from Zanottimotor.com. Not sure if it's worth ordering unless I'm sure they'll work.
Danny, can you tell us where you got them, and if you had to change any of the stock wiring or cables?
