Here are some pictures of my bike makeover progress. I installed steel inserts in the rear fender that I picked up from the hardware store and cut to size so the fiberglass would not get worn down from the strut bolts. I also had custom brackets lazer cut for the front fender and will be drilling holes for 4 chrome round allen bolts on each side for extra support. I still have to mount the virtical side plate/brake light. Everything is mocked up and fits great so time to tear it down and get it painted.
