The HD default is all 1's. If you haven't changed it, then YES...it could be disarmed and ridden away. Look in your manual for the instructions to change it and change the series to another number that you'll remember.
You should be able to manually shut off using your PIN by accessing the speedometer function and entering your code using the right and left turn signal switches as previously posted (and as listed in that owner's and service manual). But you didn't learn it, write it down, but just relied on the FOB, huh? Unfortunately, you need your FOB to access and reset your password otherwise I could come over, change your code, and steal your bike. Also the FOB changes the "flashing digit" to the next digit to "flash". Turn signals only for entering a "known" password and using the turn signal flashes to verify code and cycle through the password digits. New bikes come from the factory with all ones for a password until RESET for the customer so entering all ones won't do anything except trip the alarm because of "tampering" after three tries incorrect (if not mistaken). Wouldn't it be easier to just go get your FOB 150 miles away or have it mailed? Without a FOB, the dealer will have to assign a FOB and set the password for you and they will need the bike to do it. This time, write down the code and keep it in your wallet and request a spare FOB to keep at home. Service manual would be good idea also.
The pin number is assigned by the mechanic when they prep the bike. Some dealers use vin numbers, some use a standard one they always use. If the bike was already prepped before you bought it, they usually forget to ask you if you want a pin code assigned.
