'99 FLHT ..aside from the usual pipes (2-1 thunderheader) and SE intake with oversized filter element... I put a Baker shift drum with roller detent because the shifter would bind up when it got really hot... now it shifts smooth as buttered teflon.. and a throttle rocker that lets me ride for more than ten miles without my throttle arm going numb. I put an idle speed adjustment **** from a Buell on it so I can bump the idle up when it's cold.
I put an Ultra radio in the fairing, ran my FM antenna horizontally under the left bag, and the cb antenna across the top inside of the fairing. I can't transmit, but I can listen to the truckers. Oil tank temp gauge and an analog clock. Put in Baisley valves while I was reworking the heads, figured I'd swap in some black cylinders, and as long as I was there, I pulled the engine and trans cases and heads, sent them for wrinkle black powder and all the rocker boxes, primary, cam cover and trans., fork legs, pushrod tubes, and a bunch of little pieces, all for gloss black powdercoat. Hardwired an immobilizer security system in. Fixed up a scratch and dent tour pack and put that on, but built my own mounting plate that allowed me to move it forward and back some. Added a lot of black stuff, got rid of a lot of chrome stuff. Took a jigsaw to my windshield and shortened it an inch or so.
a favorite? My Flanders pull back handlebars... in black, natch.

Changed all my hardware on the driveline to stainless steel.

S&S performance slip-ons and air cleaner, Mustang Sport Touring Seat, and a really simple idea - a clock that covers the fork stem nut from clocks4bikes.com.

Hard to say, so much done. You've got to do pipes though. That should be first. My next ones are whitewalls and new bars. Can't decide if I'm going to the beach of if I'm hanging with the apes?
