I just put the headlight nacelle on my 09 fatboy, it was an easy install part# pn 67907-96C the kit came complete. I was also able to install the QR windshield I just cut 1" of the bottom.
There is also the Rick Doss kit available.

Colin, the Black Denim is really sharp.

Another member (Jonji) on the site had the trim ring on his nacelle & I though it looked way better than the stock ring.
The trim ring is of a Street Glide, Part number of the visor trim ring is: 69733-05. It sells for $44.95 on HDs website.
