They are abit stiffer than the older models (pre07?) but they still sag. Mine (08) are starting after only 10 months. Getting soaked in a rain didn't help none. It's most noticible when I compare them to new ones.
I'll probably be sending mine out to bossbags in the fall or winter. Saggybags has alot of happy customers also and I may take a second look at them. Plus they're cheaper.
Just seems to me bossbags is a more professional looking job. I like the idea of rivets over glue.
I didn't noticed if you mentioned it but by "new" do you mean an 09. Maybe they did fix the problem this year?

I haven't checked out the bags on the 09s but next time I'm at the dealer I will. Unless they have some hard plastic on the top lids and sides I would say they're going to sag. My tops are already caving in. Judging from some of the Heritages I see some guys like the worn, saggy and tattered look. I don't, so mine will definitely be getting the "treatment" asap.
