Just don't tighten them too much. Just snug em up, they won't come loose, and they will be easy to remove next time.

I just broke the rubber mount on my 09.. How does the new one attach to the brace coming off the peg mount? Looks like it's bonded to it somehow, no nut or bolt on the mount side...

Use a pair of Channel Locks or Vise Grips. Get close to the peg mount and it will turn out. Don't put the new one's back in tight. They won't come loose and won't be a problem anymore.

I put floorboards on at 1k,, so the bracket must be different/better... I've had my bags off 20 times or more and haven't had any issues.

When I put on the saddlebag guards the relocation kit made them ridged mount. The passenger floor boards does the same also.

You have 2 options on what to do. You just go to Napa or Lordco and get a rubber shock bushing and put a bolt thru with a acorn on the end or you go and get a saddlebag relocation kit and make it solid and either way you get rid of those crappy factory rubber mounts.

Here's a pic of the beastly rubber bushing. I had to remove them to put on the saddlebag relocation kit in order to install the footboards and guards. I managed to save 1 of them but the other I had to destroy to get it off so if you do replace them, don't use locktite or torque them on or you will have to be replacing them everytime you try to remove them
