Nice bike, but I too would buy 1 for 13000 ish andcustomize it yourself, I bought mine already chromed and kinda wish it wasnt.
theres not too much more I can do to it!!!!

If you can get it for 16 I would say get it, the guy spent a lot on mods, everybody knows you don't get your money back for mods when you sell, but he ain't gonna' give it to you. It looks damn good , I bought mine pretty modified, guy had about seven on top of stock, i got it for 16, best way to buy 'em. IMO
