Hi, all. Well I finally get to pick up my new Deluxe this weekend. I bought a set of Fatboy wheels (06 new take off) from someone and need to have them installed on the deluxe. I got a quote of ...

$66.00 for the front
$82.50 for the rear
$30.00 for the Rotor and sprocket
$6.00 for weights
$6.00 misc.

$190.50 grand total

This seems right but wanted to check. Also, can anyone think of why the wheels would not work with the deluxe white wall tires?

As long as the tire width is comparable, there should be no problem. The price sounds resonable to me. Think about if you want to do any extra mods to the rear while the wheels off. Now that you have solid wheels, maybe a chrome pulley cover? chrome pulley bolts? chrome caliper bolts? etc. etc. etc. HA!HA!HA! It never ends!

 

I did think about it and because I have skunk (black on white two tone) I actually like the black parts mixed in with the other chrome items.
