what size hose is it under the tank?&nbsp\\; i just did a tank lift and its a lil snug and i wanna extend it......

 

anybody?

 

i don't know the size, but did a new section of hose come with the kit? i have a kit from chopperstyle sitting on my workbench and it has a new section of hose in it.

also, did you relocate your turn signals? how much lift did you do?

made my own brackets.....couldnt see spending 60 bucks on a 50 cent piece of metal!!!&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; i did it 2 inches, the hose is just a lil tight for my liking.&nbsp\\; removed the signals all together and looking for some good mirrors with the led signals built in.

 

Regular fuel line from the auto parts store cost several dollars

 

but if i got up to guy at counter and say can i have some "regular fuel line hose"&nbsp\\; he's gonna laugh no?

 

Ask what he has I got black fuel line don't remember the size I brought the old one with me of course&nbsp\\;

 

cool....what did you go back with regular hose clamps?

 

I cut the clamps on there and some small hose clamps i remember it being a pain to get the stock clamps off but i finally did it i was concerned about the difficulty of this as well but it was a simple procedure remember there are no dumb questions only those not asked

 

it is an efi model and it PUMPS fuel to the injectors. Get the replacement part.
