It all depends on what you want. I like mine the way they are, but I have been told the quite baffles have a deeper rumble and they get a little louder as time goes.

 

If you cannot have louder than stock you cannot change out your pipes to anything.&nbsp\\; Stock pipes are too quiet.&nbsp\\; My Samson S430's are not as loud as my stock headers were with Rush 2.0 slip ons but are a bit louder than the stockers.&nbsp\\; If you are respectful of your neighbors you will not have an issue with noise.&nbsp\\; Jump on it or blip the throttle and you will make some noise.

Not really any louder than any other after market exhaust.

 

I think the&nbsp\\;08 Deluxe has one of the better sounding stock exhaust.&nbsp\\; Not sure why you're doing pipes if you don't want louder.&nbsp\\; Before dropping a bunch of $, I'd recommend listening to what you want in person. Everyone has different taste in sound.

I was going to do the old heritage trick and remove the baffles from the stock pipes.

 

My buddies at the shop are going to put on Bub Seven's true duals today.&nbsp\\; I'll let you know how they sound.&nbsp\\; The quality looks great.&nbsp\\; The mufflers built very well...&nbsp\\; I'm thinking of the Bub Seven's myself....

I put V&amp\\;H true duals fishtails on my heritage.&nbsp\\; I did NOT go with the 'quiet' baffles, just the regular.&nbsp\\; The sound is great, at idle is not annoying to anyone, but if you get on it at 3am, your neighbors will definitely know you are leaving.
