Not doubting you, but are you sure that it is an optical alusion(sp). If you look at the frame and swingarm line it still looks pretty straight. All of the bike's that I have seen that are lowerd that much, the frame swing arm is like __/ That is a little drastic but the best I could do. Does that make sence?

White Bros. or similar lowering kit for your shockies. It's not extreamly low although looks good. I have a similar set up on my Standard but got it jacked up at for the time being - enjoying going around corneres without the sparks.

I found a pic That better shows what I mean, I hope voodoo does not mind me using his bike as an example. Look at the swing arm and frame compared to the night train, I dont think that the night train is as low as it look's.

I agree with KB about it could be an optical illusion. The fender still seems to have a good bit
of space betweenit and the tire.
