Ever the un-conventionalist, I am likeing the Harley bagsBECAUSE of their smaller size.
I just need a place to put a jacket or a few small items, so these will work perfect for me. If I do any long trips, I'll just add a luggage bag that fits over the sissy bar.
To me, the smaller size allows you to still see a good portion of those bIg beautiful white walls, and makes cleaning them and the bike a snap. They also allow you to see that all-importantsoftail frame outline. Plus I just love the unconventional look of these - think they are the Mutt's Nuts (no offence to the Ladies in-the-house [sm=smiley3.gif]). Neat clean shape and those conchos.
I may not get any, but if I do, these will probably be the ones I go with.
It's up to ya - just like your pants. [sm=biker.gif]

ORIGINAL: GAGirl

Congrats! The Deluxes are a really classy ride. I've got the HD bags and yes, they are pricey and somewhat small, but do look the best on the bike IMHO. Enjoy!
Thanks GAGirl, I agree HD bags do look sweet but I need room as well so the BossBags look like they get the nod.

I've got to wait until the 20th before this bike even gets here... I don't think I'm going to make it[sm=helpout.gif]

Ah, thanks Hangfire1. She's Black Pearl actually, but close call. Best of luck with yours. Be sure to post some pics now.

No better buy on the market today then Osprey Limited Saddlebags and they can match the basketweave for you. Just got mine last month for my 2008 Deluxe and they look great and only $500 with the Easy Brackets. If you want pictures of them on my bike let me know and I'll email some to you.
