I am thinking of replacing my Rocker C seat with the Rocker seat. The Seat on the C is too high, there is not enough support in the back with the rear pinion down, and the supports for the rear pinion dig into my rear when it is up. I prefer the chrome to the gray, but I think that the Rocker seat looks better and feels better.

For those of you who have lowered your bikes. Are you using a Softail bolt on kit that attaches to your shocks (Arlen Ness, White Bros, etc..)? Or are you using lowered shocks and if so are they standard softail shocks (not Rocker specific)?
&nbsp\\;
I ask as I have a relative looking to go with a air ride for his bike. I carry the Arnott Air Ride line of products and I have no first hand knowledge if the Rocker and Softail are indeed the same suspension.

Lowered with Wild 1 standard lowering bolts that replace the existing bolt. Same shocks.

Now that I put the rocker seat on....it is truely the best riding bike I ever had and I don't want to stop riding.

I recently purchased a Rocker-C and placed 1,200 miles on it so far. Love the ride and handling. Great for the driver, a little less comfortable for the passenger. My daughter rides with me most of the time and will tell you it's better around town for the passenger. This is the first bike I've had in 30 years that doesn't have a sissybar. My daughter can't shift positions on longer trips because of the way the seat is. We recently took a 300 mile round trip. The first 100 miles went well. After that was the every 30 or 40 mile stops to let her stretch.
