I've got an 03 softail and black on the tank decal is chipping. What I was wondering, does Harley print the emblem under the metal decal or is just blank? I like the 100th anniversary logo but the black chipping is bothering me. If anybody knows, clue me in. Thanks!

 

My brother just had his '03 Lowrider painted, he said there was nothing under the emblem.

 

There is nothing under your tank emblems. Your can order replacment emblems through HD. they are installed using double sided tape.

 

Check on EBAY there are always a few 2003 Anniversary stuff showing up.
