Default Raked front end

Chop or bolt on? looking at the Seeger Cycle kit, was wondering for those of you that have raked out your front ends what issues you may have had and what you would recommend? Chop the frame, or go bolt on.

I think the "chopper kits" work alright, but the only right way to do it is to chop the frame. And make sure that the person doing it knows what the heck they're doing!

I went with an AME kit, 14 degree 8 over on my Dyna, took me about ten hours to install, if I ever wanted to go back I could.
I couldnt be happier, the AME guy's are a pleasure to deal with and can answer all your questions.
There pic's of Softails with their kits on their website, Pics of mine in my Gallery and some olde pics on their site.

What about just changing to a raked triple tree?
No mods to the frame and if you want you can go back.
I was considering a little more rake and 4" fork extensions on my Rocker.

Any thoughts? .

Looks like the AME kit is the one, I was looking at the Seeger kitboth are close in comparison as to engineering, but I have not found anyone that can speak to the Seeger system. Thanks all for your responses. Have to agree with AK, hard to trust some Dude choppin up the frame.
