ORIGINAL: Sleeko Deluxe
by riding a Softail? [>:]I love mine. All I get from my buddies is "they may be called "Softail" but they sure ride hard" (compared to what - your broom?). [sm=badbadbad.gif]
I don't know about you, but I'am comfortable. Maybe my tail isn't as sEnSiTiVe as theirs. [:@]
Anybody else catch hell like this?

Seriously though, I chose MY bike because I liked it. I don't really give a crap what others think. I'm sure a Softail isn't as comfortable as a RK but it sure is more comfortable than a rigid.

next time just say, " yeah, it rides hard, just like your wife" haha no, that might get you shot. I love the ride of my softail. Especially coming from a sporty, but after lowering it 2", its a bit stiff. Some people just get so stuck on the particular bike that they ride!

Don't care for the geezer glides. I had a old dresser and have ridden a newer King. Just can't get into them. Feels like your sitting on top of the bike instead of being part of it. If I wanted that I'd ride my old KZ 1300 and have 120 horses also. Tell your friends to try it, they may like it.
