Samson... better looking tails and better sound than the one that Law firm makes...

 

Thanks for your posts............. I decided to go with the Samson True Duals 28.5 inch Longtails with a ThunderMax and HD Stage 1.
Ordered and paid for all three yesterday, hopefully they'll arrive by this Friday and I can have the Dealer service dept put'um on.

Nice thing about theThunderMax, they don't have to put my bike on aDino and discolor my new pipes as they would have had I gone with the HD Race Tuner. I would have spent the same thing anyway.

The bike in my sig was my '46 EL. Yeah, it was indeed sweet. Never got the hang of the hand shift, though.

 

I've got a pair of v&h fishtail slip ons if anyone needs them.

 

Just ordered Vance and Hines duals. Didn't particularly care for the shape of the fishtails of the samsons.... not so much a fishtail as a dorsal fin. Also thrown off by the bends in the pipe over the primary.
