Yup. I had a lot of wiggle with mine. I replaced the stock bushings with a set from Good-n-Tight. Drag Specialties part no 7806-1056.
I recommend going a little over the given torque amount when installing. Also, recheck and retighten after you have ridden with tme for a while and things have set and relaxed. For a ballpark number, say 250 miles.

Didn't change my bushings when I put my 12.5" bars on b/c I didn't know any better. However, I really don't have a lot wiggle in my bars at all. If I ever change out to 16's, then I am going to swap them, but for now, going on 2 years and no problems (my bike is not a springer though).
