Dick Creaser at baggermansshop.com makes the best custom seat screws I have found. I have them for both my bikes. Dick sells them for $12 each including shipping which is a steal for a custom made part. I am not associated with him, but am a satisfied repeat customer.

I went with some pike nuts from Colony ... maybe not your look or style but I think they work quite well, especially when you have a number of them scattered across the bike.
You could replace the plain not on the dash panel with a pike, not to mention the holes in the fender after taking the pad off.
