my inseam is 35 inches.....I wouldn't say you have long legs and I'm not understanding why your legs feel cramped with that short of an inseam......mine were fine without the seat modification; but much better now. I'm able to stretch mine all the way out to the edge of the boards and the handlebars seem further away. I'm 5'11 and sitting back allows me to stretch my arms out more. I definitely feel the difference with that inch down and back

I would give it some time and miles before modifying the seat if I had a 32 inch inseam....MHO
