They look great. Nice choice on the B/W. Look real nice with the black/chrome.

Wait until Marsh sees this post. [sm=gears.gif]

Forgot to ask - do they ride / handle any different than what you had - Thanks
In a word.... "Hogworthy"

I was on the bike 5 hours solo yesterday (to a funeral) and 8 hours 2-up today (my day off) with lots of hills, twists, straightaways and some rough roads. I liked the way the bike handled before---I LOVE the way it handles now. These wheels are a lot heavier (4x?) than the aluminum profile 40-spoke wheels. The bike has an even lower center of gravity than it had before--practically balances itself. Cornering is very sure and in a smooth arc. Feels more like aiming than steering, and I don't have to counterbalance as much around curves--I just lean with the bike and ride it out. With more spokes, the wheels are stiffer, so I feel more of the road. We noticed our butts getting sore at the end of our ride today. 'Course we were riding some beautiful but terrible country roads--hard to miss all the pot holes and Amish buggy ruts. The bike doesn't accelerate quite as fast, but with the stage 1 and Vance & Hines straightshots on my 88ci, still respectable.Still very responsive and plenty fast, especially at the mid to high revs when I get on the throttle. I noticethe pipes are louder throughout every gear instead of just early after the shift. I'll have to check the mileage. I suspect they take more gas to turn. Thanks for asking!

By the way, if anyone wants lighter, more responsive, easier to clean wheels, I'll have a nice pair of profile rims for sale.

Thanks choctaw1 and everyone for the positive comments.
