Default Security Alarm Questions - Smart Siren II - Worth it?

I have just bought an '06 Deluxe with Factory Alarm and am looking at the Smart Siren II and the Security Pager. Does anyone have these or feel that they are worth while. The additional 150.00 for both seems very reasonable. Am I right in thinking that these piggy back on the factory alarm as adds?

I really appreciate the help in advance.

Thanks
Dave

Now you're talkin'!

Of course, you'd have to pay out the wazoo for it and you'd have to have H-D phone service (mandatory 2-year service agreement!), blah, blah, blah...[:@]

I've got both. I think they are a good deal. Siren II snaps right into the bike and the pager is very easy to set up. I really like the pager. It's nice to know that no one is messing with your bike when it's parked where you can't see it.

Whole system is awesome with siren and pager (new pager is cool). Good investment and real easy install.

Basically, yes... You have to remove some stuff to get to the ECM, but the siren plugs right in then snaps into a slot. Then you run the antenna with some stick-on velcro tape. I had to remove the left side battery cover and the seat on my dyna. To program the pager, you just turn it on and point it at the bike. Whole job took maybe 10 minutes.

i allmost got the hole deal when i picked up my bike but found the cost was a lot high for what i was getting. the pager is what i want cuz you never seen a brother run like you would if someone was screwing with his bike. but i have seen lots of after market alarms that do the same for a lot less and yes they come with a pug n play wires so no cutting and for about hafe the cost. i love my harley but that don`t mean i gotta have harley underwear too..
