Looks good as far as where the signals are, just not down with the wires running where they do. I wonder if there is anywhere to hide them??

+1 wires are a little sloppy, looks great from the front though. I'll leave mine alone for now.

I'm noticing in the pic of your bike, a bar or something that looks attached to the handlebars, like some kind of locking mechanism. What is this?

Keith, I have a fork bag on my Rocker and it looks to me like you could move the fork bag a bit lower on the forks if the turn signal bracket is in the way.

Actually, Gary, the fork bag's mounting bracket bolts up to the bottom of the lower triple tree using the headlight bolt. So moving it down a bit, probably isn't going to work.
