my bad.... the extended floorpans only moved 1 1/4 inch further forward, not the 1 1/2 inch I said before. the E-Z brake lever moved the pad about 3/4 inch forward, and down about 2 inches. the extended shift lever moved the shifter pad forward 1 3/4 inch.

Thanks All!!

I had both the new Traditional pans/Floorboards (HD # 50187-96, 34627-99, 44248-96, and Harley Goodies floorboard extensions added to my bike yesterday at the Stealer. They look Great. HG Extensions work like a charm, now all I have to do is install HD part # 50409-04 to move the floorboards forward an inch.

Next project, purchase and install Samsons True-Dual Longtails in Mini-Cholo with HD Stage One air-cleaner and tie it together with a "way over priced" HD race tuner so I don't run lean.

The Stealer told me that the above mentioned pipes, air-cleaner, race tuner and labor woul dbe around $1700.00 bucks.....Say freggin what?

I don't have a clue what the cost is for the exhaust you want, but, for about $400 you can order a power commander or similar fuel management system and HD SE or Arlen Ness A/C and install them yourself. if you can follow instructions and do the floorpans, then you can do this. another option is to find an independent mechanic - they usually charge a lot less for laborthan a dealer.

post some pictures - let us see your handiwork!

Thanks for the info.................Do you know if the HD PN 50409-04 Extended Reach Foorboard Kit will work with the already installed Harley Goodies floorboard extensions that move the floorboards out from the bike?

Yes they will. I have had both on my bike for quite some time.

Thanks Chris.....When you added the HD part moving the floorboards forward, did it require moving any of your foot controls forward too?

I still have the stock length shifter arms and there is no problem with that. The brake lever is the HD extended one though. I didnt like how the stock pedel felt with the stock floorboards so I changed it out long before the extentions. I would recomend the extended break pedel though but the shifter arms will be just fine.
