I have heritage classic with a luggage rack attatched to the sissybar. Does anyone know if the luggage rack will attatch directly to the sissybar side plates. I want to take off the sissybar but leave the luggage rack.

I did that on a sportster but it looks bad. If you want just the rack get one like mine.

 

You will have to insert a couple of nuts because the sissy bar is where the bolts thread into.
