RE: Fingerless Gloves??? Whats the big stigma???
Wore 'em all the time during the summer in Vegas and Phoenix. Too hot to grab the grips without gloves and when it's over 100 andfull gloves are just miserable no matter how vented/perforated/air-conditioned/etc they are. Also makes it much easier to flip the bird to anyone who gives you
**** for your choice in gloves. Now that I am up in Oregon, the temperature really isn't much of a problem so I usually wear full gloves for the added protection.

I have always worn figerless gloves, Even when I rode Dukes and Latest Jap rocket.
Had a few major and lots other accidents and no real damage to my figers.
Most of the time will be your palm that gets hit when you go down. (reflex when U fall)
Ripped a big chunk of skin on my palm so was like a flap of skin hagging there, Went to the medical centre to have my arm looked at as I thought may have broken my wrist again. So idiot doctor wanted to stitch the flap back on my palm so I ripped it off with my teeth and told him to bandage it instead. Imagine trying to ride with a stitched palm.
Love wearing figerless gloves and my latest HD set don't have an opening on the back of the hand and are elastic around the wrist. Nice tight fit. No more burns on back of hand and have never had burnt fingers so don't know where that come from.

Must be a lot of fellas here that like to show off their nail polish .
If your hands are sweating I wouldn't think you can cool them by wearing gloves. I neverride slow that sweat would collect on my handgrips. Try going a little faster and let the wind keep em dry.
Gloves are for skiing.... and even on warm spring days I wouldn't wear them. No gloves when shooting or playing baseball either.
Must be a bunch of desk jockies with really tender girlie skin here. I ride 250 miles for lunch and never had trouble with a vibe on my hands from not wearing gell/ gloves . Could be time to remove those square tires from your rims and get a new set.
