Ben riding a 04 FX Springer for several years. Bot a 05 Road King for comfort. Went back to the Springer and the Road King sits in the garage. I have to hunt for the Road King while the Springer stands out for me to find and all to see. Buy one and you will think you died and went to Heaven.

Rode a Yamaha V Starfor several years, then got an 04 FX Springer. Love this bike. Handling is just as easy as the jap bike, but looks and sounds so much better. He will love the Springer, tell him to go for it.

Get a Heritage Springer...only made them between 1997 and 2003...the post-'03 is actually a Softail Springer Classic (technically NOT a Herirage Springer). They ride GREAT!!!

I bought one and my Road King sat in the garage crying because I never rode her any more!!!
