I purchased the rear fender rail from harley but when I went to have it installed on my 07 Deluxe they said the center support required them to fabricate and weld a metal support piece to the inside of the rear fender.............Also, the fornt fender will require the same fabrication.

Probelm is, when they go to weld it it will most likely bubble the paint......How does one go about attaching the Fender railwithout welding/fabricating a new fender part?
