Default Axle Covers for a 07 Fatboy...

I'm looking to get a set of Rear Axle Covers (now that I changed my pipes and they are more exposed). I'm running into all kinds of problems, the problem being; Non fit!

Even if they say they will fit, they still don't (my local HD Shop has brought in 2 set's now... and still no luck) due to the brake Caliper on the 07's (and maybe also on the 08's). I also contacted Arlen Ness RE: the Torpedo one's they make, they also confirmed that they do not fit, nor do they sell any that will fit.

Has anyone found any covers that will fit an 07 Fatboy? please post pictures or links if you are able to help.

Thanks so much!

HD has a kit, it comes with Axle covers, Adj Screw and washer.
I used it on my 06 Deuce (cause I got new pipes) you can check out my pics and if you like I can track down the kite number.

Thanks WaterHog and OneBlackFly, however I'm hoping to find something like the HD covers that covers the Axle Nuts and the back/part of the swing arm.

Something like

http://shop.arlenness.com/productdet...roduct_ID=7028

or

the HD one;

Make sense? again, these cover the axle Nuts and then some....

I have an 07 Fatboy and I put these on, it took alittle effort to get them on but they worked.

I bought the HD set # 48109-03A, but haven't tried to install them yet because it looks like thewheel will have to come off in order to move the rear brake bracket. Also, from what I can tell, the new axle adjuster bolt won't fit on the right side due to the tight fit of the brake assembly,so I plan on just using the cover with the stock axle adjuster on the right side. I hope it works....I'm going to wait until the next service and have them do it, since I have no way of removing my wheel and then readjusting everything in my driveway.....

BTW, nice bike 07 J/E FatBoy !

NG Brother, the instructions don't tell ya that the brake caliper frame is in the way on the right side, I tried to use a rubber mallet but still didn't fit down like the left side did..I just ordered the Arlen Ness Torpedo set I hope I have better luck this time.
