I agree with this statement IF you get the fat bars that are so popular these days, but if you get classic 1" bars, their dimensions are usually not so exagerated as the fat bars. Mine are 12-13" (depending on how you measure it). I used to have some 12" 1.25 bars and they didn't flow with the bike nearly as well as the classic 1" because they were somuch wider than the trees on bottom. They were comfortable, but looked oversized. I know I'min the minority here, but I don't think the fat bars are "all that".

Thanks everyone for your input. I ordered a set of WO572 14" rise 1.25"thick bars from wild1. Now has anyone put these one an 03 Fatboy and know what cable lenght I need so I dont have to wait for them to measure. Thanks

My wife (Chrome Lady) has the EXACT same bars that you ordered on your bike. She has +8 cables on her Deluxe. So go with +8.

+8 what brand? So I am looking at cables of throttle/idle 45.5, Clutch 72.5 but I dont know the travel length.
