Default Mixed theme on my bike???

Kinda in a pickle here.

I have the skull floorboards, shifter break pad, and rear foot pegs. I liked the way the design was for them but not necessarly the skull deal when I bought them. There are kinda cool though.

Then I have the flame grips and standard axle bolt covers.

I haven't done anything with the engine. Check it out.

Here is the question. Doyou guys mix it up a bit or go ALL one theme? What do you think, maybea few flame engine covers or continue with a skull cover or two?

Thanks,
Mike

Personally I really like the skull design but I think you can overdo it big time. I have the air cleaner, a badge on my passenger back restand passenger pegs with the skull theme and I'm planning to maybe do the mirrors but not much more than that. Of course that's just my opinion. You can't really know until you see it on a bike.

I don't think there is a wrong answer, do what you want. I think the skull thing gets overdone though. seems like everybody has that one

Whatever turns you on. Personally, I don't care for any "theme" or collection of bolt on trinkets.

dude I'd switch it up a bit if I were you. even check out drag specialties and ness, j&p, theres some cool aftermarket **** you can put on there, I think everybody has the harley stuff. I put the HD flames pegs and shifter, brake pedal on my NT one year ago, and now the chrome on the drivers pegs is all scuffed up and scratched. didn't hold up too good. so now I'm gonna look into that black diamond stuff, or maybe some stuff from pro 1.

good luck, just give us some photos when you decide what ur gonna do

I personally am not into one theme all over on the bike. That would be like wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt, blue shoes and a blue hat IMO. Not enough variety...

IMBODEN and ANUBISSS, thanks. Got a chuckle from you both. Guess Ifigure Im not sure eithor way but mixing it up seems logical too though the most logical stuff out there can be pretty ugly. Case in point F117 Stealth.

Thought about the flame foot gear too but the chromeareas were large and I thought that they would get scratched.

BTW...My first obsession with an HD wasfor the NTrain years ago but I never got one back then.I still like them a lot.
